Throughout my life, I’ve always understood that true wellness is more than physical and mental health—it’s the harmonious integration of mind, body, and spirit.

Starting back in 2009, as Miss Graham County, my platform was “Amazing You: Inside and Out.” I taught, spoke, and empowered others to embody health and wellness in all aspects of life, a mission that deeply resonated with me.

In 2019, I chose to leave the comfort of everything I knew. I was hungry for expansion within myself, craving something more than the routine of my life as a charge nurse, trauma nurse, and the familiarity of family. Becoming a travel nurse felt like the next step in my journey, but I didn’t realize how much it would truly change me. Alone in California, just days after my birthday in December, life turned on its head, dismantling everything I had once known about myself and forcing me to question everything I had taken for granted.

When 2020 came, the world shifted with the pandemic, and I returned to Arizona. But I wasn’t the same—and I knew I never would be. The experiences I had, the isolation I felt, and the emotional weight left me feeling broken. One day, I stood in front of my bathroom mirror, tears streaming down my face, whispering to myself, “I don’t even know who I am anymore.” All the titles that once defined me—wife, daughter, sister, nurse—felt irrelevant, as if they had been stripped away.

And then came the question that haunted me: “If I am no longer any of these things, then who am I?”

I sat with that question for longer than I would like to admit—close to a year and a half. My healing was not quick, nor was it easy. It was raw, painful, and often lonely. I want people to know that healing isn’t immediate. It’s messy, it’s uncomfortable, and sometimes it feels like you’ll never find your way through. But it’s also where transformation begins.

Finally in April 2021, after sitting with the weight of that question, I made a powerful choice: If I am nothing, then I have infinite possibilities to decide who I want to be. That realization became a turning point in my life and I launched into my personal project I called- “Project Unbecoming” where I chose to “un-become” all the parts of me that were no longer serving me so that I could become the best version of me.

I tried on many hats during that time—even skydiving. While skydiving itself didn’t stick, the culture surrounding it resonated deeply. The “f*ck it, send it” mentality—taking a leap of faith without knowing exactly how it will end—became a guiding philosophy for my life. It was from this bold, trusting mindset that Full Zen was born.

Full Zen is my daily reminder to live courageously, authentically, and in harmony. To take the leap, even when I don’t know where it will lead.

In 2022, after going back to school and focusing my education around holistic nursing, one thought kept echoing in my mind: I want to meditate with people and help them heal. I remembered the times in my own journey when I felt utterly alone, trapped in a deep depression with no one to turn to. That memory became my motivation to create a space where others could feel seen, heard, and empowered to live their own Full Zen life.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to expanding the ways I connect with and support people on their healing journeys. Drawing from over a decade of nursing, my certification as a personal trainer, and my work as a psychedelic somatic facilitator, I now guide others through ketamine-assisted healing ceremonies, integration coaching, and holistic wellness coaching. I’ve been fortunate to learn from and work alongside incredible healers, including local and international medicine women and shamans, whose teachings have deeply shaped my approach.

A Holistic Approach to Healing

The way I approach healing has evolved since starting Full Zen. Initially focused on holistic fitness and nutrition coaching, I’ve expanded my offerings to include ketamine-assisted healing and integration coaching.

I’ll never forget my first client who experienced the power of combining all three. For years, she had been on antidepressants, feeling stuck and disconnected from herself. Through ketamine-assisted healing, she began to rewire her brain and find clarity. Integration coaching provided her with tools to turn insights from those journeys into actionable steps. Holistic fitness and nutrition helped her reconnect with her body and food in a positive way.

The result? She came off her medications, rediscovered hope and purpose, and started moving her body in ways that felt joyful and empowering.

That experience validated what I’d always believed: a full holistic approach leads to deeper healing and transformation.

  • Ketamine rewires the brain by acting on NMDA receptors.

  • Integration coaching bridges the gap between profound insights and everyday action.

  • Holistic fitness and nutrition empower the body and mind to thrive in unison.

Each tool on its own is impactful, but together, they create a synergistic effect that fosters true transformation.

Why Full Zen Exists

Full Zen was created to ensure no one feels alone in their healing journey. It’s a space where courage, authenticity, and inner harmony come together, empowering people to live fully and fearlessly. Healing is deeply personal, and each path looks different—but the foundational elements of Full Zen transcend all: take the leap, trust the process, and live boldly in your truth.

Whether through ketamine ceremonies, integration coaching, or holistic wellness practices, my mission remains the same: to help others rediscover themselves and embrace a life of clarity, purpose, and empowerment.
